Meeting Notes:

ADP finished up in the first quarter of 2004,
making low sulfur gasoline (<30 ppm) available to MAP's customers. The
average workforce during ADP was 1500 people, with a maximum of 3500
people! The next round of investments for the Catlettsburg Refinery
include revamping the KDS and DDS in order to make ultra low sulfur diesel
(ULSD). The ULSD project will allow refinery to produce diesel with <15
ppm sulfur. In addition, the future may hold a $900 million coker project.

Motion passed to tip $10 from KSPE funds for
waitress each month for meeting.
