Angela L. Akridge, PE
KSPE President 2013/2014
Ms. Akridge manages the district-wide Consent Decree planning, programmatic initiatives, performance measurement, public outreach and on-going reporting necessary for compliance with federal and state CSO and SSO policies, which has been branded as “Project WIN”.
She’s previously served the KSPE Louisville Chapter by holding all levels of leadership. She’s also previously served the KSPE State Chapter as chair of various committees, as co-dean of the Leadership PE Personal Leadership session for 14 years, and as Secretary/Treasurer.
In 2006, NSPE honored Ms. Akridge with the National Young Engineer of the Year Award. She graduated from the University of Louisville Speed Scientific School with Masters and Bachelor Degrees in Civil Engineering.
And, she is the proud yet exhausted mother of super-active almost 9-year old identical twin boys.
Michael C. Harris, PE
Proposed KSPE President-Elect 2013/2014
Michael C. Harris, PE is a licensed Professional Engineer in Kentucky and Indiana with over 23 years of experience in the Civil Engineering and Land Surveying fields. Michael is currently the Vice President of Jacobi, Toombs & Lanz, Inc. and serves as the Louisville Office Manager. He is a Past President of the KSPE Louisville Chapter, and is currently KSPE State Treasurer and a member of the KSPE Board of Directors, as well as the President of KEF. Mr. Harris has also chaired several KSPE Committees, including acting as the Golf Classic chairman for the past 10 years and is a 2001-2002 Alumni of the Kentucky Leadership PE program sponsored by KSPE, ACEC, and Kentuckiana SAME. Michael is a graduate of the University of Louisville.
Lee J. Czor, PE
Proposed KSPE Treasurer 2013/2014
Lee J. Czor, PE is a licensed Professional Engineer in Kentucky, Indiana, and Ohio with over 15 years of experience in the Geotechnical Engineering and Construction field. Lee is currently the Branch Manager/Senior Geotechnical Engineer of the Central Kentucky Office of Thelen Associates, Inc. Lee is a Past President of the KSPE Bluegrass Chapter, and is currently KSPE Secretary and a member of the KSPE Board of Directors. Mr. Czor has also chaired several KSPE Committees, including acting as the Kentucky MATHCOUNTS chairman and the Bluegrass Chapter Coordinator in recent years. Lee is an Alumni of the Kentucky Leadership PE program sponsored by KSPE, ACEC, and Kentuckiana SAME. Lee also proudly served in the United States Army Reserves and Tennessee National Guard from 1986 to 1994.
Clinton R. Harbison, PE
Proposed KSPE Western Region VP 2013/2014
Mr. Harbison is a licensed Professional Engineer in Kentucky with over 10 years of experience in the Civil Engineering field. He is currently the Engineering Manager for the Glasgow Water Company and is responsible for providing or overseeing Engineering support for the Utility's water distribution system and WTP's along with it wastewater collection system and WWTP. He is a Past President of the Mammoth Cave Chapter and is currently Western Region Vice President. Clint is a graduate of the University of Kentucky
